Delete your gowhistle account

1. Open gowhistle. On the Routes screen, tap Account at the top right.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Read the summary, then tap Delete for good. To stop, tap Keep my account.

Your Google account record, including your email address, all your saved routes, their watch state and your full alert history. All of it goes in one step, and every phone signed in to the account is signed out.

You cannot undo this. If you sign in again later, you start with a new, empty account.

Each phone keeps its anonymous installation record on our server: a random installation ID, a hashed sign-in secret, its push notification token and when it was last used. It is no longer linked to an account or an email address. It stays so the app on that phone can sign in again.

Uninstalling the app stops that push token from working. The record itself stays.

Email support@gowhistle.app from the email address of your Google account and ask us to delete your account. We delete it, with everything listed above, within 30 days.
